  1. True ! every business should have their own app. As you mentioned in this blog, It does offer more engagement and personalized insight on user behavior. However I was wondering which kind of app is better; Webapp, Cross-platform , or hybrid. I read benefits of Cross Platform App Development like Code Reusability, Simple Cloud Integration but was specifical if It is the right choice!
